A company presided by Juan Jesús Martínez Villa, a recognized and respected professional in the Real Estate and Tourism Sector with an extensive career both on the Costa del Sol and Internationally. 

We are a team of multidisciplinary professionals with vast experience and brilliant professional careers, both in the real estate sector as well as in tourism having been appointed in various positions of great relevance within large companies and public administrations.

    JUAN JESÚS MARTÍNEZ VILLA

    Founder and President

    Juan Jesús Martínez Villa has been a recognized and respected professional in the Real Estate and Tourism Sector for over 30 years and achieved an extensive career having been appointed responsible positions in both Public and Private institutions.

    He was appointed as Director of Tourism of the state run Organization Company ‘Universal Exposition of Seville’, Expo ’92, as well as Commercial Director, Sales Director of the companies derived from Expo ’92, such as Partecsa and Parque Isla Mágica S.A.

    In later years he also undertook the position of Managing Director of the Andalusian Tourist Board, dependent on the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Andalusian Government with full competence in matters to promote Tourism in Andalusia worldwide.

    From the year 2000, continuing his position of Director and managerial posts, he has participated in multiple projects of international impact within the real estate sector. This has provided greater expertise in areas of growth, internationalization, sales and marketing and investment. He has worked in Grupo Labaro, FOrtalia Investment Group S.L., Altair Group, You Brazil Property Partners V, S.L., and FM Consulting Group.

    BEATRIZ VÁZQUEZ

    My professional career begins when I move to the Costa del Sol from my hometown of Seville at the time of the “real estate boom” and my initial work experience was in the building sector.

    I was always associated with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and years later I trained, grew professionally and broadened my horizons in very different economic sectors.

    I am now back to my origins. As always, my goals are to continue to learn and give the best of me working with a professional team within a company dedicated to quality and excellence in the service provided to our most important asset, our clients.

    DENISE HERZOGOVA

    Sales Manager

    I was born in Slovakia, where I studied as architectural drafter. I moved to Spain 25 years ago where my work experience in customer support began. Later on I worked in the area of public relations, and organizing events. Finally I directed myself to the real estate sector.

    For the last 12 years I worked for one of the most important realtors and developers in Spain, where I developed my expertise through working on off-plan projects, sales, resales and after sales service.

    By dominating several languages, I have been working with both national and international clients, advising them on purchasing of residential or holiday homes, and managing their properties.

    PATRICIA SILVA

    Sales Executive

    Born in Seville, I came to Costa del Sol more than 15 years ago after having lived in the United Kingdom and the United States.

    Dedicated to the real estate sector internationally and nationally for two decades although my beginnings were in the tourism sector.

    At Tuscany Group I am pleased to provide the best service to our clients so that they can enjoy buying their property in this privileged place like Costa del Sol, the ideal place to enjoy and live a dream life.

    CATALINA PÉREZ

    Sales Administration

    Born in Chile, where I started my career working in tourism and later in administration and marketing and continuing after that in the same area in the United States.

    Later I arrived on the Costa del Sol which, with its charm, made me fall in love with and decided to stay and dedicate myself entirely to administrative customer service in the real estate area.

    Tuscany Group gives absolute priority to customer service, empathises with them and gives them quality and trust and this is something that fits perfectly with the path I want to follow in my professional career.

    BARBARA MATOUSKOVA

    Sales Executive

    I was born in the Czech Republic, where I completed my Bachelor´s degree in Business and Tourism Management. My professional career started in the UK, where I gained vast experience in the customer service domain. I then decided to travel around the world, which activated my thirst to live in a different country. That is why I decided to move to Costa del Sol.

    My passion for Real estate started in this beautiful place, where the shades of blue meet between the sea and the sky.

    My international travels ties have helped me in my real estate career as language barriers are broken and there is a better understanding of both the national and international consumers´ needs, either for primary or secondary properties.
